These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Distinctive Protection & Cleaning ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide security services (armed response, CCTV, alarm systems, etc.) and cleaning services (commercial, industrial, residential). Specific service details, pricing, and schedules are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment is due as specified in the service agreement. We accept EFT, credit card, and debit order. Late payments may incur interest and result in service suspension.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distinctive Protection & Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pretoria, Gauteng.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
